Default Any theories as to what's wrong with this dishwasher motor?

Suddenly developed this noise - sounds okay for about a second but once it gets up to speed the noise starts. Sounds like the fan blade is making contact with something but I don't find any obvious interference and it might be something else altogether.

Any theories as to what it could be?

Thanks.

IDK what cycle it's running, what it's doing, but if it's pumping
out water, any chance it's not the motor, but some piece of plastic
that got into the DW and is stuck in the grinding mechanism for
the drain?

+1 does not sound like motor itself. What brand DW?
