probably not, what are you thinking of doing?

if your old line is bad and you replace it be certain to take it to a
scrap yard copper is worth about 3 bucks a pound

Ive seen it leave the tank as black iron and transittion to Cu before
connecting to the furnace.

What did your oil supplier recommend? What do your building codes say
about it?
