I'm with my esteemed colleague, here. Sounds like
you have a dangerous time bomb, which ough to
be given a grave at the bottom of the local deep
pond, or used to make a dog house. Pull everything
out of the sheet metal, insullate, and put it out for
the feral cats. Bail out before you hurt yourself.

Walk away from it. There are replacements that do the job.
And a standalone unit could be a better choice. Funeral
services can easily run over 5 thousand dollars.
