Keep your eyes on the Balls

In baseball, a guy is told to "Keep your eyes on the Ball".
Is this also true in men's restrooms when at the urinal? It seems
there's always some guy with his eyes on my balls.

I suggest you cure the problem by not getting nude you creep. being
nude is the ony way anyone can see your balls.
