Lindal Cedar Homes has been working with their dealers nationwide and
Canada to systematically bilk customers of their deposit money.

Have you been quoted an attractive cost to build only to find out
after you have signed the Lindal Contract and handed over your deposit
that Lindal, your expert dealer and your Lindal supplied builder are
playing 3 Card Monty with your deposit and little gets done?

The purpose here is to make you lose confidence in the process and
disappear. Lindal keeps the deposit, you get nothing but headaches and
the Lindal contract ties your hands so you have little chance of
recovering your cash.

Lindal conspires with their dealers to run this scam and often uses
unlicensed contractors as shills to gain your confidence to sign the
contract. The Lindal corporation will ruthlessly defend the actions of
their dishonest dealers and work tirelessly to snare you in legal red
tape to ensure you get nowhere.
