What happened to----

What ever happened to the poster who had a problem with a ride on running
for a short time then shuting off. After a period of time it would start and
shut off again.
The guy or gal was going to try plugs. electronic ign. etc. and let us know.
???????????

It's pretty typical for the original poster not to ever post back how things
turned out , good or bad....Makes it hard to figure out who was right and
what worked in that situation...Makes it hard to learn anything from
it...Bugs me too sometimes...LOL...

I just have to ask ???? what is "a ride on running" ?

The closest match I can imagine is piggybacking.

A "ride on" is a slang term for a lawn mower you ride on , somtimes called a
lawn tractor , "running for a short time and then shutting off is pretty
self explainatory....HTH...

The guy can't keep his riding lawnmower started. Nobody seemed sure if
it was fuel or spark problems.

There was a problem in the original post, because of the lack of
separation between "ride on" and "running ....". It's the kind of
thing the poster probably had no problem with, since he knew what he
meant. It still sounds strange to someone else.
