It's a typo, it should say "nonwing" wire connector. I determined
this by googling the listed UPC to get alternate descriptions of the
item.

That doesn't make any sense because the wires would be visible.

Wouldn't you have to use nonwiring *wire* along with the nonwiring
wire connectors to fool the rats?

That raises the bigger question:

Are they "nonwiring wire" connectors or nonwiring "wire connectors"?

Rats are wily. Whatever you do, don't label the wire "compressed helium"
in an attempt to fool them. They love that stuff. Chewed through my
helium line in a dozen places and ran around talking like little mice.
