pressure washer: rate of dilution
 
Do any pressure washers have anything other than just one rate of
dilution (i.e. rates different from standard rate for cleaning
liquid)? If so, what brands?

Don't know. But can't you adjust the dilution manually by diluting the
cleaning liquid?

Many models have adjustable chemical injectors and there are add on
adjustable chemical injectors. Look at the northerntool site, they have
a wide array of pressure washers and components.

I believe some models are adjustable but a common fixed ratio is 7:1
