maintence.

garage floors are meant to be oily till its time to sell, then use
epoxy or whatever to dress it up

You got that right-- only a twinkle-toed wuss has a clean, shiny garage
floor.

All you need for a garage floor is a broom....It's supposed to be where you
work on stuff and make a mess and park cars , not a finished room with
frilly curtains and a shiney floor...That's what happens when the wife takes
over the garage or he is indeed a wuss....LOL....Buy a beer fridge
instead....
