gas fireplace install

i had a direct vent fireplace installed. It was vented via a coaxial vent
pipe (pipe within a larger pipe-fresh comes in through the outer pipe and
exhaust vents out the inner pipe). How close can 1) roxul insulation get to
the pipe 2) blue foam board get to the pipe and 3) how close can house wrap
get to the pipe, if at all.

Thanks

Seems as though the people making the pipe don't know either. See cop out
below.

Consult the appliance manufacturer's installation instructions for the
minimum allowable clearance between the outside of the vent pipe, and the
combustible surfaces of the enclosure.

I'd certainly want a couple of inches depending on how hot it gets. The blue
foam melts at 190 degrees but the pipe should not be getting that hot.
