Hey... how bout these Bi-Fould doors?
On laundry rooms and such..!
Ours are only 8 years old, and well takin' care of.... the doors are falling down, not in the track, and very hard to control... NOW... is it the wear and tear on the parts or just old tracks and such and nevermind the age.... t/y |

Have also seen rebuild kits that have all parts and track. OK fine....but how often do those doors /tracks/ rollers, go bad? There is no weight there, and very little friction. It should only take an adjustment to "fix" the doors. True. It just depends on what they've been through over the years. A single or adult couple they might last 20+ years. Something screws or something loosens up and an adjustment may be all they need. Get a house where you have a couple of boys rough-housing and thrown against them and, well... "Laundry room sex" might do 'em in as well though. |
