How remove spam?

Dunno if I asked this before? I am temporarily using Roadrunner
Webmail, since my own email client, Agent,
is AFU after major crash, so can't find a way to Delete all the
commercial Spam that is cluttering up NG.

Does it work to block posts from Google (NOT Google mail)?
