Tearing up some old carpet upstairs. Anybody need any sand? Thinking theres
enough fo a small sandbox!!

No, I'm sure their carpet just disintegrated on the underside, hence
the sand. Haven't you seen this? It's totally unrelated to how often
they vacuumed.

Doesn't matter much. Even if you vacuum daily, stuff will still be
there. Anything strong enough to suck through the carpet and padding
wold suck UP the carpet and padding.

Been there, done that. 30 year old thick pile carpet with dog and cat
stains and tons of sand. Beautiful hardwood floors under, go figure.

It protected that beautiful hardwood, LOL!
