Atlantis washer won't drain

We have a Maytag Atlantis washer that won't spin/drain at times...like
it forgets the last cycle.
It may go for a month and then give problems for a day or two.
It's 5 or 6 years old.

At least you bumped it up...anyone have a similar problem or have an
idea what may be wrong?
