news.misc.home.misc on VZ is unused, has no posts, and might be a decent
place to move to. Actually, that's more accurate too, considering the
types of posts here that aren't really home repair.

Just a suggestions. See ya there?

Not all alt.home.repair readers are Verizon users.
Not all news servers carry news.misc.home.misc, for
example it's not carried by news.motzarella.org nor
by news.aioe.org. Moving the discussion is gonna
leave out many users.

Why not just subscribe to a news server that will
continue to carry alt.home.repair? That's what
I did. Easy. Free.

Technologically speaking, it just might be possible for Verizon to create
a duplicate interactive copy of this news group to something within the
Verizon's own 0.verizon.... structure.
For example 0.verizon.alt.home.repair

percentage that Verizon would expend the effort?

'bout the same as the Republican party taking control of the US Senate.

We're mirroring the newsgroup at topservicepros.com into a forum style layout. Give it a try at http://www.topservicepros.com/forum

No advertising or other junk to put up with. We even try to delete and clean out the SPAM but it is a tough battle :)
