Dryer exhaust and bathroom exhaust distances

I'm putting in a basement bathroom containing laundry hookups (gas
dryer). I need to install both dryer exhaust and bathroom vent
exhaust to the outside and will probably be using metal piping, at
least for the dryer vent. Can both of these exhaust terminations be
side-by-side? How far should/must these exhausts be located from the
end of a natural gas water heater exhaust? How far should/must these
exhausts be from a gas furnace exhaust? Can all these be placed at
the same height? (In Tennessee) TIA

You may want to ask about local building codes.
Also on the gas vent questions: Google is your friend. Have you tried it?

Yep, local building codes drive it.

But also consider there is a maximum distance of total run by code as
well. And each bend reduces the number of actual feet. For example, each
45 deg bend counts as X ft regardless of how long the bend actually is. A
90 bend may count twice that of a 45.
