Default tumbled marble on floor in shower- why are areas darker, dirty-like?

Hi, I have a tumbled marble for shower floor.... 1 year old....why is
it that there are some parts that look black, dirty like? while the
other is not?? it was supposedly sealed 1 year ago.... how to you
remove that black film?
