Mezzanite countertop scratches

Anyone know how to clear up minor scratches on a Mezzanite (similar to
corian) counter top?

I have a black countertop with some minor scuffing on it. Is there some
kind of rub / compound that is recommended?

Just live with it. Any compounding or buffing will leave a pattern
easily noticed when the light shines on it and you will find that that
more irritating than the scratches. You have to accept the fact that
most faux and real stone countertops are for show and not utility.
That's why you never see them in hotel or restaurant kitchens. Maybe
in time you will have enough work scratches on it to form a pleasant
and genteel patina. HTH
