MAGIC CHEF MODEL CSD2123AR sude by side / defrost drain hole

I am thinking this is my problem, ice in bottom of freezer, not
cooling well. From reading posts it sounds like defrost drain hole
needs cleaned out. Where is it? And, does it sound like the problem,
thanks...
