2 Kitchen plugs stopped working, bot on same breaker

The are two counter plugs that stoped working, I put the breaker back on..
there is power in the plugs but nothing works in them so i replaced both
plugs and the same thing..My little tester shows there is power there.. You
think the one breaker is broken?

thanks

have you checked the hot and neutral connections at the breaker
panel? also what happens to the voltage when you plug something in?

If the breaker is on and you have power at the outlets, but they still don't
work, you likely have an open neutral conductor. If there are other kitchen
outlets on that same circuit that do work properly, the loose connection is
likely in one of them
