I have a 21 yr old frigidaire refrigerator, with freezer on top. I am
trying to keep this running as long as possible. Does anyone know if you
can take the bottom part of the freezer, out to clean out all the gook
that is in there?

Or do I have to call a repair man?

Without knowing any more about your fridge other than style and age
it'll be pretty hard for anyone to advise you accurately.
