Default Which is tougher Oil or Water based floor sealer? Scratches

I get many different opinions which is more scratch resistant. Which
one has better durability?

urathane is tougher than either one, it's solvent based and to be more
specific if you can get it, the stuff they use on bowling aley lanes is
the best on the market, expensive, but hey they drop 16lb balls on it
constantly for a year before it needs to be redone.
