Motor Exam Procedure
 

Could anyone give me a stepwise procedure to check a motor and it's
components to determine a problem in a motor. I have several 1 hp pump
motors that I'm not sure which ones are repairable and which should be
junked. I do have a multimeter and an ampmeter. Thanks, Lloyd
