Mower losing power
 

I have a 5 year old mower, with a Briggs and Stratton 6hp engine, that is
losing power. I've changed the air filter, the spark plug, the gas, cleaned
it up, and the engine is still running slow. And yes, I checked the lever
that adjusts the engine to fast or slow. What else could it be?
