Kenmore Clothes Washer revisited...

Looked as if the pump was leaking...replaced the pump..reassembled the
washer...now another problem.....

When it calls for cold water nothing enters the tub...no water. The
hot water works fine...just not the cold...any ideas?

Hi,

Cold water tap turned off, wire got bumped off of the fill valve during
the repair, bad fill valve, fill hose was kinked pushing the washer
back into place, temp selector switch is between settings....

And could one of those problems have caused the pump to run dry and be
damaged?
