What to look for in a Realtor
These are things questions buyers and sellers should ask their Realtor:
1. How will you stay in communication with me? 2. How often will you contact me? 3. What is your internet marketing plan? 4. What other uses of technology do you use to assist me? 5. What additional things can you offer me? 6. will you go over the homebuying (or homeselling) process with me? 7. What separates you from the rest of the Realtor community? 8. How should I stage my home so that it is more attractive? 9. Will you give me copies of every document? 10. How will you deal with each offer? 11. Are you an agent or a consultant? Who do you represent in a transaction? What kinds of inspections are needed on my home, and who pays for them?
