kitchen faucet -- removable flow restrictor?

I'd like to get a new kitchen faucet (good basic one-handle design with
ceramic disk and separate sprayer; no fancy styling). The hitch is I
want to be able to get more than 2.5 gallons per minute out of it.
Anyone know of a model whose flow restrictor is reasonably easy to
remove? We have tools.
