Recently I order Graber shades from American Decorating Warehouse. I
received Bali, and when I called about the mistake, they told me they
are the same manufacturer and the same product. It seems like the
Bali's are flimsier. I feel like I got ripped off. Like it is a bait
and switch thing.

Does anyone know anything about this? It doesn't seem right. I am
considering getting my money back.

Well, are they or aren't they? Never mind "seems like". Get some
Bali and compare. If they really are the same, what would you do
then?
