We have a new lot, about 1 1/4 arces that we are interested in
preparing for lawn seed. The top soil that was provided is NOT the
best in quality. It contains several rock (many in the 2 the 3 inche
range, and some bigger). The soil is also very hard-compact now (hard
to did a hole in it).
I'm interested in doing the preparatin work myself. I've research
using the BobCat & CAT Landscape Rake, along with something called a
Harley Rake.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of equipement, or other
equipment (good or bad)?
