Anchoring into cinder block question
 

Greetings all.

I'm looking for some tips on anchoring into cinder block for light to
moderate loads (less than 50 lbs.). I'm figuring some type of expanding
anchor will be good to use, but whay type; metal, plastic, etc.?? Also,
better to go into the block itself or into the mortar?
