GE Built In oven problems

Hello,

I have a GE JKP27 Built In double oven that started beeping with an error
code F-7. Owners manual suggests pressing clearoff button or disconnecting
the oven for 5 mins and connecting it back. Neither of these seem to help.
The beep /flashing code goes away for a minute or so and come back. Anyone
knows what this code means? Is this DIY job to fix it?
