Removing Old Paint From A Concrete Foundation ?

Have an older house I moved into that has paint on the concrete foundation
from
a sloppy previous paint job about 30 yrs ago, probably. No idea of type of
paint.

Would liker to remove it.

Any suggestions on products to try, or techniques, would be most
appreciated.

Very concerned, also, about the removal product leaving residual stains or
dis-coloring the
concrete.

Thanks,
B.

Pressure washer with the appropriate solvent. Sand or bead blasting with
the appropriate grit. Both messy and expensive. Cheap solution, if it
really bothers you, is to paint with concrete-colored paint. May have to do
a little trial-and-error to get the color to match exactly. Probably much
more noticable to you than to guests. Plant something in front of it?
