Default Protesting Eminent Domain

Here's a way people can protest the hijacking of private property by
government thugs, greedy land developers and other land grabbers;

There's only one villain here, and only one land grabber: The State in all
its guises.

Land developers can be as greedy as they like, but only The State can
legally send armed men to throw you out of your house and off your land.

Actually in this case it was the city. But who cares. Laws work both
ways. They take your property, form a special assessment district and
then re-acquire the property thru your power of eminent domain...after
they've spent all that money to develop it.

Wal-mart isn't exempt from eminent domain.
