What is the safe maximun tempreture for an I5?
 

Intel core I5 750 quad core.
Hovering around 60 degrees C when downloading .m4a files
and converting them to .mp3.

I recently replaced the heatsink paste.

What is the safe maximun tempreture for an I5?
