Looking for a voltage doubler circuit
 
Here is my need.
I have -12v and need to make it -22v at about 300ma dose any one have
a good circuit to do this.

What you really want is called a DC to DC converter.

Make sure the device is properly regulated before you hook it into
anything electronic; These converters are really controlled voltage
multipliers that when malfunctioning can produce voltages in access of
2000+ Volts.

See if that gets you anywhere, you might be able to Cannibalize a
transformer out of a old sony walkman or something.
