current usage-computer,router,modem?
Hi.Trying to figure out how much my Dell desk-top uses but I couldn't
find a label. The cable modem and wireless router are warm 24/7 but neither have a label either (I thought all electrical gadgets were supposed to list values such as wattage, voltage and cycles). Am interested for economic reasons as well as the fact that it's getting darn hot in here these days, close to F90.-Thanks! |

As for the computer, the Power supply unit should have a label on it with its maximum rated wattage, but you'll need to open the computer to find that. As for the heat, yes they do tend to run pretty warm these days. Mark |
