Take a look and tell me what you think

Looks fine to me (from a page layout POV). What software do you make your
schematics in? They look good.

Me to would like to know what software you use to produce your schematics...
they are impressive.

I've got an ancient version of OrCAD, Snagit 7 allows me to print
directly to a .PNG and Adobe Acrobat to make the .PDF files

Trying to learn Eagle for the PCBs.

I have tried using OpenOffice Draw. There is a 3rd party set of "Schematics"
objects, but I have had mixed results in getting components to "connect up"
in a well behaved fashion. The one advantage, is that it is free.

Well, it is vector-based
--but a purpose-specific package is FAR superior for ECAD work.

The app that William mentioned,
Cadsoft's EAGLE, has a very useable demo.

KiCAD (gratis and libre) is making some big ripples recently.

gEDA (gratis and libre)
has (somewhat dated) Windoze binaries available.
They concentrate their efforts on Linux and port it to M$ later.
..
..
The one advantage, is that it is free.

So are KiCAD and gEDA
(both are open source software--as is OOo).
