Repair Olympus C3020 camera
This managed to get dropped down a toilet.
Everything seems to work, following a couple of weeks drying out, apart from the flash and the top screen. Does anyone have any technical sheets on how to service this camera? Thanks Odie -- RetroData Data Recovery Experts www.retrodata.co.uk |

Olympus, like the others do not distribute any service information.
Their parts are propriotory, and you must go back to them for everything. These cameras are serviced at the board or modular level only. Even if you were able to change any of the boards in this camera, you would not have the means to calibrate it properly. If you want to have it properly serviced, you will have to give the camera to the authorsed service rep in your area that is for Olympus. Jerry G. ====== |
