WTB: WG U3100 Chassis and or parts, and troubleshooting help

I need a chassis a little cheaper than WG or possibly a flyback. I need to
get this countertop back to a customer.

Symptom: Monitor will not power up, get the 'clicking' indicative of a
short.

The troubleshooting I've done-
Replaced HOT
Cap Kit
replaced the poly caps near the flyback, and checked the other one.
replaced smps controller on the adder board
checked every diode I or WG suggested

At this point I think it's the flyback. Anyone got any other ideas or parts
to sell?
The power supply section lights a 60w bulb, so that section is fine, WG
thinks it's in the HV section.

Do you have a schematic of the board? Use a volt meter and trace from
were the 120 volts enters the board.
