Toshiba: Model 50H82 ....TAC0263
 

Has anybody yet ran into this problem with the above Model. (2003 Year)
When the set is first tuned on the picture is all jagged and ragged and torn
(ZigZag)
On screen Menu,s are OK..







The Audio is OK..
The PIP picture whilst in the PIP window is OK but when swapped over
shows the same distorted picture..
The other inputs display the same distortion , now after 25 mins or so it
clears up.
Am I looking at a Bad PIP module or saw filters ?
