Mitsubishi CS-3103R Video interference.
 

I get interference on the coax connections and the rca connections.
S-video does not seem to be affected. I've noticed that the left
speaker cuts out as well. Does anyone know if there are known
soldered components or places that go bad? Any assistance would be
appreciated.

If all sources are affected except S video the problem is in the COMB filter.

The sound is a seperate issue, maybe just soldering.
