Default Panasonic CT-32SF36 Bad Color

The picture resolution looks good, but suddenly the color faded and went
way out of whack. Faint colors appear on the screen, almost like a
bull's eye target. With the bull's eye taking up around 6" diameter in
the middle of the screen and the next ring around 6" thick, and 2 or 3
more rings around that. There are no magnetic devices near the set.

A little over 2 years ago we had the set repaired under warranty for the
same problem. Here's the information on the invoice:
Disassembled Unit, replaced Jungle IC, 2 transistors, repaired bad
connections on main board, reassembled & tested.
Parts:
AN5304NK IC301
2SC1685QRC Q304
2SA564AQRS Q301

We've had the set less than 5 years now. Is it worth repairing? What
might the repair costs be for doing the same repair performed 2 years
ago?

Thanks for your help,
George
