Panasonic DVD amp/receiver model:SA-HT95
 

Panasonic DVD home theater sound model:SA-HT95,year:2003.The customer
bought it 6 months ago but never used it until now and could not take
it back because he lost the receipt.
Everything works in the unit except during DVD mode the laser scans
(displays "reading")the DVD or CD and the slave/track motor moves back
and forth but the DVD's or CD's don't spin hence the display reads "no
disc" .Being new I still decided to clean the laser but problem still
there,anyone have any common repair tips as I could not find any?.
