Gennexxa ctv10 rp04 resistor value

Hi.
Need help with value of RP04 resistor,charred beyond recognition. Burn-up
in 250v smps.
Unit is 10inch colour television;mains and car battery,marketed by
Radioshack.
A schematic of smps would be greatly appreciated.
