Signature 2000 (Zenith) Audio problems
 

I have a Signature 2000 television (bought at Montgomery Wards, hubby
says it's a Zenith made) with sound problems. It's hard to describe
the problem, but I'll do my best and hope someone knows how to fix it.
It is as if someone is at the volume control quickly turning it on
and off. Or up and down. The is a buzz/hum in the background that
follows this same pattern. There are a few times that the sound will
be perfectly fine, though not very often. Any ideas? Thanks!

Sounds like a cold solder joint. Does it get worse or better as the set
warms up (playing for a while)
