zanussi dishwasher model des-959 need service/repair/technical info

I could realy do with some repair/service info if anyone has any on this or
maybe a model similar enough.
its a zannusi aquasave model no des-959.

im geting a lot of alarms, al7,al6,al5 = failure to empty, failure to fil
up etc. its not the pipes/filters etc ive made sure of that, it wil always
empty fine on a rinse only cycle but fails to empty every time on a main
wash cycle, cant see why it should be diferent but then it started failing
to fill up so i had to take a look at it.

Ive taken a few of the aces panels looking for internal filters but found
none easily acesable. i stuck my finger down one of the holes insde tho and
cut my finger quite badly on something, im typing this with a big plaster on
it wich makes it a tad dificult.

However now ive tried it again after puting it back to gether so it would
work with a meter on the fill solenoid etc and it seems to be working ok but
i havnt realy touched anything.

Ive had this dishwasher a couple of years now and i bought it on the basis
of its lowest noise rating. Ever since new, when its runing you can hear it
fill up and doing its wash and it is pretty quiet, however it goes through a
couple of periods where it seems to do nothing but hum very loudly. i dont
realy know what this could be, it worked ok so i ignored it, but i wld like
to know what it is thats huming, as it doesnt seem as thogh its a very
healthy, but maybe its just a noisey solenoid/relay or heater or something,
or could be the drying fan thats stuck.

although ive had it a couple of years it realy gets light use maybe once a
month, maybe this cuases a problem?

I loathed to call out a service engineer as its probly out of gaurantee, at
least not til ive had a look at it and found out what it probably is, as it
wil probably cost a lot for virtualy nothing and I dont feel u can always
trust them. theyl probably just say its not instaled properly or something
or its suposed to hum like that etc.

any help will be much apreciated
