Philips tvs

Have gotten several Philips tvs, ranging from 19 to 27 inch with the same
problem, cutting off after a short time. Bplus is fine, no fore warning,
everything looking good, they just cut off. seen anything like this? Most
appreciated. The sets are all from 2 to 4 years old, sorry dont have model
or chassis numbers handy.

Gerald Mielke:
When you say that the "Bplus is fine"...... does that mean that it is
holding regulation and the proper voltage when the AC line voltage is varied
+/- 10% with a variac? You may want to check solder connections near and
around the high heat producing parts and especially including the flyback,
h-drive xfmr, power resistors, power chips, etc.
By the way, you really need to post the model numbers and post some more
technical troubleshooting results..... dust off your DMM and your Scope and
do some basic troubleshooting and visual inspection at your end..

So get off your arse and post the numbers.
Or would you like someone to come and help finding that information as well?
