What's your opinion of this "Radio Shack" Freq. Counter
No, I am not buying another Freq. Counter. I only need one and I already
bought that C&C 150. However, I had considered this one.... http://tinyurl.com/ycyh8odk I'm just curious. I know some people hate Radio Shack stuff, but I have generally been pretty satisfied with their stuff, so I was considering this.... (Except since it's a "BID ITEM". I passed, knowing I dont have a chance to get it on my slow internet). |

Sorry, I don't go to "tinyurl"s anymore. Post the real URL if you want anything from me.

It is, it's just that you get a really long line sometimes. So put it in a separate post. One of those tinyurls sent me to Facebook. The chances of me getting a Facebook account are about the same as me winning the gold medal in Women's gymnastics at the Olympics. I would rather be eaten alive by a shark. Plus there is such a thing as cut and paste. Bottom line, though I am sure this is not foremost on people's minds, if you want me to see it you post the real URL. |

"If only it were that easy. " I think the point was that Jeff actually wants nothing from you. I admit to finding your whining, puling and general self-pity to be wearing. As time has gone on, your advice and suggestions are also becoming fewer and less accurate. Which leads to the question: Are you all right? Peter Wieck Melrose Park, PA |

P I feel the exact same way about facebook..... However, there is a price for everything. If someone pays me a half million dollars, I WILL get a facebook account. And for another half million, I will check it weekly for one full year. Does anyone want to pay me????? Is this an auction? I'll bid $1. -- Rick C |

Most URLs are too long and my news provider will not allow lines that long. If I break them up, then you will have copy and paste each and every line into the header, and no one will do that. (I wont). Tinyurl is the only way I can post them. This one is an Ebay item, those sometimes are so long that if I copy them to notepad, they are 5 lines long. (Damn near a whole paragraph). There is a way to PREVIEW Tinyurl links. Learn how to edit out the crap from an Ebay link. For instance: http://www.ebay.com/itm/SIM808-GPS-GSM-GPRS-Quad-Band-Module-Shield-with-3M-Antenna-for-Arduino/182633887502?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkpa rms=aid%3D555018%26algo%3DPL.SIM%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D 41376%26meid%3D3a1099ab42b54d929397e17d018abafd%26 pid%3D100005%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D13216004387 9 can be shortened to : http://www.ebay.com/itm/SIM808-GPS-GSM-GPRS-Quad-Band-Module-Shield-with-3M-Antenna-for-Arduino/182633887502 by trimming everything after the listing number. It can be trimmed even more, like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/182633887502 by removing the description part: SIM808-GPS-GSM-GPRS-Quad-Band-Module-Shield-with-3M-Antenna-for-Arduino/ from the link so all you need is the link to Ebay, followed by /itm/ then the listing number. All three methods will display the same item. -- Never **** off an Engineer! They don't get mad. They don't get even. They go for over unity! ;-) |
