RCA 35" - F35050ST - CTC169BE2 Chassis - Slow Vertical Deflection.

There is a part(s) that is changing its performance with heat. Most likely
it is a bad cap in the vertical deflection area. You would have to
troubleshoot the set for this. Don't use the set this way. It is best to fix
it, because if it fails, it can cause other damage that will be more
involved and costly to service.

Gurus, thanks in advance.
This TV has a strange symptom.
When powered on, the relay clicks and the HV comes on with no vertical
deflection or a very little vertical deflection bowed towards the
bottom.
However, after 5-7 minutes after the set warms up, the vertical
deflection comes on and the tv works properly for a long time.
I understand that the vertical defection is switched off until the
deguassing is complete on this model. However I cannot figure out
where to look for the fault, - Vertical or Degaussing or Power supply.
Has anyone seen this problem and could anyone point me to the section
to check.
Thanks
