Default RCA TV - Sound Good, No Picture, Menu Works

RCA TV
Model: F36665
Chassis: CTC203CX

Last night we turned on this TV and we do not get a picture from any
of the inputs. The sound works fine and all the menus display fine.
I saw a few messages relating to the L14401 inductor coil on this
chassis having an issue, but it sounded like I should not see the any
picutre including the menus if that was the problem. Anybody have any
thoughts on what to do to solve this issue?

You're correct this is not related to L14401 problem as this will
cause nothing on the tube.

This is more involved repair. Get a estimate if yours is out of
warranty from a shop that does RCA for a living.

Menu images from micro goes directly to another chip bypassing the
video circuits, therefore that tv has a problem with video path.
